Name on the card. This name appears on the voucher and on the invoice — we use nothing else for identity at the gate.
Where should we send the voucher?
One email. Your voucher, your payment receipt, and any future support thread all arrive here. Check it's correct — we match support inquiries to this address.
A phone just in case.
Used only if the venue closes unexpectedly or your payment needs verification. We never call to sell. Optional, but it's the fastest channel for a 4-hours-before cancellation notice.
When are you visiting?
IWC operations needs your visit date to pre-allocate your ticket window. This is the date your ticket is valid for — not the date you're booking. For open-dated products (cards, eSIM, anytime cruises), pick the first day you'll use it.
